Saviour.” He preached for decades in a quiet corner of Wales and left few papers behind. Yet his impact was anything but small. Celebrated by
figures such as J. C. Ryle, Howel Harris, and Lady Huntingdon—some placing him second only to Paul or Whitefield—Rowland became a central
